NEW VIRTUAL BROCHURE
We will design a personalized website for each organization to display the items for sale. You can sell to local customers without seeing them in person. Saves shipping costs, time and gas $$$.

Our web store is available with the main order taker programs. We offer several hundred items including frozen food. School receives 40% profit and student receives prize credit. Products are shipped directly from the company to the customer. Orders of $85 or more (non- frozen) receive FREE shipping. Each school will be assigned a unique code.
COMMUNICATION
We will print your parent letter and collate it with all of the materials, (brochures, order forms, etc.), and make up the student packets.
ONE-STEP ORDER FORM
You keep the white copy and scan/ e-mail order forms to the company. A copy of the order is packed in the student’s order. There is never any tabulating by the school. Our computer will tabulate for you!
PRODUCT DELIVERY
Your products will be delivered 4-5 weeks after our company receives your order forms. We will work closely with you to meet your desired date. Orders are delivered from Quincy, Illinois facility.
PRE-PACKAGING OF ORDERS
All orders are pre-packed by student. This makes delivery to your school and distribution to your parents QUICK & EASY! Each student has their own separate box or bag. Each student’s order will contain our fundraiserhelpline@gmail.com to report any shortages, damages, or other issues.
INCENTIVE PROGRAM
We offer pick-a-prize prize and cumulative prize programs (younger students), cash or FREE PRODUCT depending on the type of sale. We are very flexible in designing your prize program. Collectible participation collection (Playful Pets) available for K-5 students.
FREE TEACHER GIFT:
Each classroom teacher, office staff and fundraiser committee member can select any (1) Free non-frozen item from the virtual brochure. This is a special thank you to people who help with the fundraiser. For music groups, each director is allowed (2) Free items. Sample teacher gift form.
DIRECTOR/ CHAIRPERSON GUIDE:
Each director/ chairperson/ teacher will receive a guide of best practices and tips for a successful sale. Answers frequently asked questions.
